Operate Cylinder Mowers across commercial turf projects Lead and mentor staff in sports field maintenance Operate precision turf equipment for mowing, line marking, and renovations Monitor turf health, irrigation systems, and implement improvements Apply turf nutrition and pest control accurately Ensure WHS compliance and safe work practices Liaise with clients and report on field condition and progress Coordinate seasonal turf works and field preparation for events Perform aeration, scarifying, dethatching, and rolling of fields Manage turf installation, drainage, and softscape upgrades Oversee maintenance of surrounding landscapes, hedges, and edges Identify opportunities to improve field quality, efficiency, and aesthetics Support variation works and ensure timely completion of maintenance schedules What will you need? Certificate III in Sports Turf Management Or equivalent Driver's licence (Manual or Automatic) National Police Check Working with Children Check What we can we do for you?
