We're seeking a passionate Pharmacist In Charge to join our team at Old Toongabbie Pharmacy. You'll be responsible for providing high-quality pharmaceutical care to our customers, ensuring the smooth running of the pharmacy, and working alongside the staff. What you'll be doing Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, including dispensing, stock management, and quality assurance Providing expert pharmaceutical advice and patient consultations to deliver personalised care You'll work alongside 1-2 pharmacy assistants and at times with another pharmacist. You'll report back to the owner as he is still hands‑on with the running of the business. Ensuring compliance with all relevant pharmaceutical regulations and industry standards Collaborating with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Driving continuous improvement and implementing best practices Dispensing OTP, overseeing & occasionally packing DAAs, vaccinations & providing full scope of practice consultations. What we're looking for Registered pharmacist with a minimum of 2 years’ experience. Strong clinical and dispensing skills, with a deep understanding of pharmaceutical regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide exceptional customer service Registered vaccinator & valid first aid/CPR certificate Proficient in using pharmacy management software and technology (we use Z software). Experience in providing OTP (preferable, but not mandatory, can be trained on the job). We have about 14 clients. Able to provide full scope practice consultations (not mandatory to start but will be expected to obtain during employment if the role is started).
