APJ Revenue Enablement Manager – 12 Month Maternity Leave Cover Apply for the APJ Revenue Enablement Manager – 12 Month Maternity Leave Cover role at monday.com Location: Sydney, New South Wales, Australia About The Role Join us as a Revenue Enablement Manager in Sydney, where you’ll play a key role in supporting the APJ region during a 12‑month maternity leave period. You’ll be at the heart of empowering our sales teams by running onboarding, delivering impactful enablement programs, and ensuring our reps have the skills, tools, and resources to succeed. We’re looking for someone confident in program execution, strong in facilitation, and skilled in designing and managing content. You’ll collaborate closely with regional leaders to ensure initiatives land effectively, while also leveraging AI‑powered tools to streamline enablement activities — from creating training materials and localising content, to analysing feedback and supporting program delivery at scale. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver onboarding sessions for new APJ sales hires. Ensure global consistency with content while regionalising where necessary. Use AI‑powered tools to support new hire ramping, such as skill gap identification, coaching feedback, guides, or reinforcement materials. Support managers and new hires throughout the ramp period by guiding them to the right tools, sessions, and materials. Deliver global enablement programs to support core selling skills and product knowledge. Leverage AI tools to enhance training delivery, personalise learning paths, and streamline content creation. Assist in identifying training needs by gathering feedback from representatives and managers proactively. Update enablement materials, trackers, playbooks, and resources as needed. Establish a consistent cadence with Sales Managers to understand team needs and enablement support. Help operationalise leadership feedback into enablement actions, either by helping managers coach the gap or designing training as needed. Provide updates on onboarding progress, program adoption, and enablement activities. Understand nuances across Australia, Asia, and Japan; localise global enablement content with regional‑specific examples and customer context. Help roll out global initiatives by coordinating logistics, communication, and materials. Program‑manage where needed to track metrics for success and completion. Track training attendance, onboarding milestones, and program adoption. Help prepare reports for sales leadership on gaps, progress and outcomes. Maintain documentation, content repositories, and enablement systems. Requirements 2–4+ years of experience in revenue enablement, sales support, training, sales or a related GTM role (B2B SaaS preferred). Confident facilitator with experience designing and delivering training or onboarding sessions. Comfort using AI tools to streamline content creation, research, productivity, or reporting (e.g., ChatGPT, Gong insights, or similar). Strong organisational, prioritisation, and project execution skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr
