Senior Beauty Therapist

Overview Glam Beauty Bar & Skin Clinic is looking for an experienced and talented Senior Beauty Therapist to join our team in Moonee Ponds, VIC 3039. What you'll be doing Perform a range of beauty treatments including facials, peels, tanning, brow & lash services (lash lift/lamination) & full body waxing (including Brazilian) Experience in lash extensions - classic, hybrid and handmade volumes (preferred but not essential) Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a relaxing experience for all clients Advise clients on the best beauty products and treatments to meet their individual needs Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all equipment is well‑maintained Assist with social media content Contribute to the overall success and growth of the salon, clients and personal performance Knowledge and education about skincare, homecare and skin treatment advice Experience using Timely software What we’re looking for Minimum 2‑3 years in industry experience as a qualified Beauty Therapist (Highly Regarded) or Cert IV Hourly rate: $35 – $40 , based on experience Availability for 15–20 hours per week (2–3 days, including some evenings) Knowledge of SOTHYS or Dr Spiller is preferred but not essential Extensive knowledge of the latest beauty treatments, trends, and techniques Strong customer service skills and the ability to provide a personalised experience Excellent time management and organisational skills A passion for the beauty and skin industry and a commitment to continuous learning Must hold a qualification in the beauty industry to be successful (Diploma or Cert 4) This role is for an immediate start What we offer We are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment for our team.
