We are seeking a Vehicle Delivery Coordinator with a strong customer focus to support the final stage of the ownership journey, coordinating handovers, preparing vehicles, and ensuring a smooth, professional experience for every customer. Job Responsibilities Liaise with customers throughout the vehicle build and delivery process Manage handover bookings, set clear expectations, and ensure timely delivery Coordinate with Pre-Delivery to prepare showroom‑ready vehicles with all accessories and documentation Complete final checks, update systems, and approve release — nothing leaves without your sign‑off Maintain CRM records, delivery trackers, and report daily handover status with precision Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth, well‑paced delivery scheduling About You Strong customer service and communication skills Coordination/admin experience in fast‑paced settings Detail‑oriented and process‑driven Tech‑savvy; quick to learn dealership systems Dealership experience preferred but not essential Apply today, interview ASAP, and offer next week.
