Wangara MG is a part of Regent Motors a growing automotive company in Western Australia. We are seeking an experienced Pre-Delivery Coordinator to join our friendly team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Pre-Delivery Coordinator to build a high performing environment on a greenfield site in Wangara. Representing the automotive Marque of MG with the support of Regent Motors, the dealership is destined for rapid growth and long-term success. Responsibilities Coordinate sold vehicles from Compound to Showroom Liaise with Workshop and manage RO’s Organise all aftermarket options on vehicle before delivery Licence Demo’s and Loan vehicles as required Manage the keys/vehicles in storage and update information Deal Pack comes to you once vehicle is onsite and ready to be delivered Ensure licensing completed before booking on delivery Chase up finance to ensure they are ready for delivery Look over vehicle to ensure everything completed and all conditions met Complete deal pack prior to customer arrival Send calendar invite that delivery is booked on into the shared calendar Give cleaning sheet to cleaners 3pm daily for following day deliveries Check vehicle is clean and give final inspection Print Congratulations sign Customer Satisfaction Continuously strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times Report any instances of reported customer dissatisfaction to your Department Manager Maintain regular communication with team regarding delivery times/delays etc. Report any potential customer service issues and complaints to your Department Manager and seek guidance on appropriate method on handling Training Undertake all training and development opportunities as directed by your Department Manager Identify training needs that are not identified in your training & development program, and raise these with your Department Manager And any other additional duties as required.
