Senior Coordinator - Program Delivery – Country Fire Authority (CFA) Join the CFA team as a Senior Coordinator in Program Delivery and help safeguard communities across Victoria. About This Role Location: Burwood East CFA HQ Employment: Full Time (Ongoing) Salary: $107,864 per annum + 12% superannuation This newly created, ongoing position plays a key role within CFA's Performance Improvement team, dedicated to assessing operational performance and driving continuous improvement across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Support the delivery of state‑level activities and initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and performance. Day‑to‑day manage, coordinate and process the False Alarm Charging (FAC) program, aiming to reduce false alarms from monitored fire systems. Provide authoritative advice and issue management across a range of complex matters within the portfolio. Lead stakeholder engagement, apply conflict‑resolution skills and navigate sensitive or contentious matters with professionalism. Prepare high‑level documentation and reports; deliver actionable recommendations based on performance data. Build strong, collaborative relationships across CFA business units and external stakeholders to support cohesive decision‑making. About You Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills. Qualification in business, data, analytics or equivalent experience. Excellent communication style that makes technical content accessible. Ability to influence and collaborate across teams and senior leaders. Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities. Experience with financial processes and regulatory or compliance environments is an advantage.
