On-site Posted 1 day ago Due to a high influx in new homes sales, Woods & Co are working with a well-respected residential builder in seeking a motivated Pre-Site Coordinator to join their pre-construction team. This role is perfect for someone who loves structure, enjoys dealing with people, and thrives when managing multiple tasks at once. About the Role: As the key link between sales, drafting, estimating, and the client, you’ll ensure every home is fully prepared and compliant before it heads to site. You’ll manage documentation, approvals, permits, and timelines—making sure every file moves smoothly through the pre-construction workflow. What You’ll Be Doing: Managing all pre-site documentation including contracts, engineering, energy reports, and developer requirements Liaising with councils, developers, surveyors, and internal departments Tracking progress to ensure builds reach site-ready status on schedule Maintaining compliance and updating records in internal systems, including managing a customer portfolio Supporting and updating clients throughout the pre-construction journey What You’ll Bring: Experience in pre-construction, building coordination, sales admin, or residential construction Strong organisation and time management skills Excellent communication and customer service abilities Confidence managing multiple files and deadlines Knowledge of permits and developer guidelines (advantageous) Why This Builder?
