You’ll have the knowledge required to complete customer transactions, as well as in-depth needs based conversations and fulfil products as per your accreditation level. This role is based mainly in branches and will deliver a high standard of customer service to ensure customers are not only satisfied, but strong advocates of ANZ. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. You will be passionate about delivering on our Customer Promises to ensure customers leave the branch as strong advocates of ANZ. Contribute to a significant uplift in customer engagement and advocacy and create real customer value Actively participate in and support bank programs and initiatives Take responsibility to ‘know your customer’ from a risk perspective Ensure compliance with ANZ and branch policies and procedures What will you bring?
