As a Junior Commercial Lawyer/Law Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of interesting and challenging commercial matters including:

Drafting legal correspondence and other documents including pleadingsDrafting bespoke contracts such as shareholders and licence agreementsReviewing a broad range of commercial contracts

Have strong academics – ideally distinction averageAre highly motivated, ambitiousHave a keen interest in building a career in commercial lawHave high attention to detailPossess excellent communication and interpersonal skills as you will be working closely with clients
