Role: Qualification Pathways Partner Location: Flexible between South Australia (Mawson Lakes) or Queensland (Murarrie) Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Qualification Pathways Partner is an integral part of Goodstart’s commitment to growing and supporting our workforce. In this role, you will manage the administrative operations of our Certificate III Traineeship and Diploma Upskill programs, ensuring compliance with training contracts and supporting the professional development of Goodstarters. You will work closely with internal teams, RTOs, and external stakeholders to deliver programs efficiently and accurately, while fostering strong partnerships and continuous improvement. This role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting learning and growth in a collaborative, values-driven environment. Your Impact: As a Qualification Pathways Partner, you’ll play a key role in supporting Goodstarters’ learning journeys by ensuring the smooth administration of Certificate III Traineeship and Diploma Upskill programs. Your work will keep programs compliant, on track, and efficient, building strong partnerships with RTOs, internal teams, and centres, and directly contributing to the growth and development of our workforce.
