If you are working in a warehouse, depot, yard, civil crew or service role and know you are capable of more, this is a clean step up into a field operations role. This is a practical, people centred job across industrial and utilities sites. You will start early, visit clients, support crews, sort issues before they escalate and build the kind of trust that leads to more work. You will be out on the road and on site most of the day, not sitting behind a desk. The office is in Liverpool, but the work is across Sydney. There is no cold calling or hard selling. It is still commercial. Clients will rely on you, and with that comes the responsibility and opportunity to grow account activity through good service, sound judgement and problem solving. What will I be doing day to day? You will manage a set of established industrial and utilities clients across Sydney. Day to day you will: Attend early morning toolbox talks and pre start meetings Keep crews organised, compliant and safe Build steady working relationships with supervisors and leading hands Sort issues quietly before they turn into problems Use good judgement to spot opportunities for additional work Stay across client workflows so you can anticipate demand This is a field first role. Expect driving, early starts, weather, and conversations all day, with the satisfaction of getting things done on site. What backup do I have? You are not doing everything on your own. You will be backed by: An offshore team handling rostering and admin Candidate resourcers who keep the labour pipeline moving A BDM team that focuses on bringing in new clients Your job is to look after existing clients and crews properly and to grow accounts through consistent, high touch service. Is this really for me? You do not need recruitment experience. This suits someone from an industrial, utilities or infrastructure background who wants stable responsibility, client ownership and a clear progression path. Ideal backgrounds include: Leading hands or crew leaders Field service technicians Dispatch, allocations or roster coordinators Civil or industrial labour hire operators If you enjoy talking to people all day, stay calm when things get messy, and prefer being out and about rather than stuck at a screen, you will fit well. What do I need to bring? Comfortable on industrial or utility sites Large social battery and comfortable dealing with people all day Strong sense of responsibility and reliability Early start rhythm and the stamina for full field days Ability to keep multiple moving parts progressing without drama Respect for process, safety and compliance Commercial awareness and the ability to spot opportunities to grow accounts How do I put my hand up?
