You will be responsible for: Leading and mentoring high performing production staff and supervisors including training and performance. Lead track and monitor reporting requirements including HSE and work-in-progress (WIP) data and WBS-level reporting. Monitor output and adjust processes to meet scope schedule and quality requirements. Optimise workflows and resource allocation to ensure efficient and timely project delivery. Monitor and address any health and safety risks in the workplace. Lead safety initiatives manage regulatory requirements and ensure full compliance. Ensure products meet quality standards and resolve defects in collaboration with QA teams. Schedule resources and activities to coincide with forecasted metrics. BE part of the solution A relevant trade qualification (Electrical / Diesel Mechanic) or university degree. Strong understanding of lean 6 sigma or kaizen-based manufacturing Leadership experience required and qualification desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Current Schedule 26 qualification or the ability to obtain it. Experienced in project design execution and defect management.
