Business Analyst – Treasury

Our Banking and Financial Services Treasury team works in collaboration with the Product, Credit, Finance, Technology, Data and Platform teams to optimise business opportunities within clearly understood and acceptable risk parameters. Our team maintains close working ties with Macquarie's central Risk Management Group, Financial Management, People and Engagement Group. You will triage change requests and complete impact assessments on behalf of the Treasury Team, collaborating with stakeholders and teams from across the eco‑system to identify their needs and assist in translating these to requirements and user stories. You will also map and analyse current state processes and data flows, identifying inefficiencies and areas for improvement when designing future state processes. While working closely with our data & platform teams to deliver quality regulatory and risk outcomes. What you offer 2 + years' experience in a Business Analyst role, ideally within banking and financial services Excellent analytical, problem solving and stakeholder management skills. Ability to work closely with business and technical stakeholders at all levels as a team player. Understanding of agile ways of working Agile mindset to drive data driven decisions, continuously improve and deliver business value. Outstanding attention to detail, learning mindset, flexibility and adaptability, high motivation and drive. Experience working on Regulatory projects in the financial sector is desirable.
