Your new opportunity Be part of a transformational initiative with Queensland Treasury’s Office of Social Impact (OSI). This is your chance to contribute to meaningful change by designing and delivering policies and programs that support social enterprises and the broader for-purpose sector. The OSI is focused on improving outcomes for marginalised and under‑resourced Queenslanders, overseeing a $20 million annual investment and delivering a sector roadmap for social enterprise and impact investing. We are seeking a highly organised professional with public sector experience in policy and program delivery. You will thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team that values innovation, continuous learning, and delivering real outcomes. This role offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of social impact, driving initiatives that create lasting change for Queenslanders. In this role, you will: Support the Director, Strategy and Governance, in delivering priority activities, including whole‑of‑program management and policy functions. Design and implement specific initiatives aligned with the OSI’s strategic objectives and the government’s roadmap for social enterprise and impact investing. Support data analysis, evaluation, and performance monitoring related to impact funding and measurement. Build and maintain positive strategic partnerships with stakeholders, managing complex issues to achieve shared goals. What experience you will bring: Ability to support your team to deliver complex work programmes, ensuring timely and quality outcomes. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make evidence‑based recommendations. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills, with the ability to navigate complex issues and foster partnerships to achieve shared goals. Capacity to work in a dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability, initiative, and a commitment to achieving organisational priorities.
