Sales Representative – Window Furnishings Full-Time | IMS Window Furnishings | Castle Hill, NSW About Us IMS Window Furnishings is a proudly Australian‑owned and operated company specialising in the design, manufacture, and installation of premium blinds, curtains, shutters, and outdoor shading systems. About the Role As a Sales Representative, you'll play a key role in helping clients create beautiful, functional spaces through our custom window furnishing solutions. You'll manage the process from initial consultation to installation, supported by our in‑house production and admin teams. Immediate availability to commence in this role is required. Key Responsibilities Conduct in‑home and showroom consultations with clients Flexible availability for client appointments including occasional weekend work as required Recommend and quote tailored solutions including blinds, curtains, shutters, and outdoor awnings Prepare detailed quotations and follow up to close sales Collaborate closely with our design and manufacturing teams Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism About You To succeed in this role, you'll bring both sales capability and an understanding of design and window furnishing products. Valid Australian work rights are essential for this position. You’ll need Previous experience in window furnishings, interior design, or home improvement sales 1‑2 years of relevant sales experience is preferred for this role Strong communication and customer relationship skills A keen eye for design and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Professional presentation and confidence with clients A current Australian driver's licence (vehicle provided for client visits preferred) Why Join IMS Window Furnishings?
