About the role Coastline Architectural Windows is seeking a self-driven Sales Representative to join our team in Wollongong, NSW. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and driving sales growth and building strong relationships with both new and existing customers. This full-time position is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our company and its architectural window solutions. What you'll be doing Actively prospect and identify new sales opportunities within the local market Provide expert advice and guidance on Coastline's range of high-quality products, including consulting with architects during the design phase. Prepare and present tailored sales proposals to customers. Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining excellent customer service. Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and installation. Provide feedback and insights to the sales management team to improve processes. What we're looking for Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in the Window or Construction Industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers. Ability to understand and interpret architectural plans, current standards, BASIX and NatHERS requirements and WERS Data. Strong negotiation and closing skills to secure sales. Familiarity with the AWS product, and V6 Quoting Software. Proactive and self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets. Excellent organisational and time management skills.
