Come and join us in defining and bringing to life the future of work About the role: Expert360 is seeking a Recruitment Specialist experienced in the Federal Government and security‑cleared contractor market. You’ll support major ICT consulting and Government programs by sourcing and managing high‑quality cleared talent. Key responsibilities: Recruit security‑cleared contractors (Baseline, NV1, NV2, PV) across ICT and project services. Partner with hiring managers to deliver fast, high‑quality shortlists. Build strong talent pipelines and maintain excellent contractor relationships. Manage onboarding and compliance for Government contracts. Provide market insights and contribute to project ramp‑ups. To be successful in this role you will have: 3+ years recruitment experience in Federal Government, Defence, or ICT consulting. Understanding of cleared markets and Government procurement.
