Contract Coordinator – Turf Join Green by Nature as a Contract Coordinator – Turf to oversee turf maintenance and site operations in alignment with client expectations and sporting calendars. About You Strong background in turf and/or horticultural maintenance and management, with proven experience meeting deadlines and delivering high‑quality results to clients. Qualification in Sports Turf Management or Horticulture required; additional study is a plus. Recent supervisory or management experience, capable of motivating and leading a diverse team to successful outcomes. Excellent conflict‑resolution, communication (written & verbal), and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving ability, and IT skills, including scheduling and reporting. Valid driver’s licence, White Card, working‑with‑children check, and chemical certification. Reliable, resourceful, and safety‑first mindset with strong organisational skills. About The Role The Contract Coordinator – Turf ensures seamless delivery of turf maintenance and site operations across sites based around Sydney, coordinating scheduling, client engagement, reporting, and operational excellence to achieve contract objectives efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Ensure high‑quality, consistent turf and grounds presentation meeting or exceeding client expectations. Supervise, coach, and develop on‑site team members. Build and maintain strong client relationships built on professionalism, responsiveness, and service excellence. Ensure safe, efficient, and compliant use of all tools and machinery across sites and adherence to operational procedures. Proactively identify and implement site improvement opportunities.
