Senior Supply Officer Central Queensland Hospital and Health Service As part of our Supply Chain Services team, you will help maintain efficient, accurate and customer-focused supply operations across the health service. From receipting and distribution to supporting imprest locations and undertaking stock management tasks, you will contribute to a team that takes pride in service excellence. You will work closely with colleagues, internal customers and suppliers, supported by a leadership team committed to safety, collaboration and continuous improvement. About us Central Queensland Health's Supply and Procurement team plays an essential role in delivering reliable, compliant and value-driven supply chain services. We work in partnership with clinical and non-clinical teams to ensure our health service has what it needs to provide great care for Central Queenslanders. About the role Perform receipting, handling, storage, picking, packing and delivery of clinical and non-clinical goods. Support imprest locations by maintaining tidy, accurate and well-organised storage areas. Complete scanning, reporting and materials management tasks using relevant systems. Maintain safe work practices and equipment in line with Work Health and Safety requirements. Communicate clearly with customers, colleagues and suppliers to support smooth operations. Identify and report stock discrepancies and assist with stocktaking and dispatch processes. About you You have or can quickly gain knowledge of warehousing and distribution practices. You are physically able to complete manual handling tasks. You can learn to safely operate vehicles and materials handling equipment. You work well in a team and adapt to changing priorities. You communicate clearly and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues. You bring good computing skills, with FAMMIS or similar system experience highly regarded.
