The Opportunity Contribute to the operation of manufacturing and packaging equipment to ensure optimum speeds and quality throughout the plant. Perform routine in‑process checks during production. Manufacture and package products in accordance with specifications. Accurate recording of documentation batch production records, including production reporting to management. Clean production areas and equipment in accordance with appropriate time intervals. Participate in the implementation of agreed process improvements initiatives in the Plant. What You’ll Bring Current Forklift licence, highly regarded. Previous experience in a food manufacturing environment is ideal. You will be a motivated self‑starter who is able to work autonomously, is solution‑focused with strong attention to detail. You will be safety focused, always ensuring the safety of yourself and others. Sound understanding of quality and workplace health and safety standards, legislation and regulations. Demonstrated experience working with Lean principles, highly regarded. Excellent attention to detail in all areas of work. Why Noumi?
