About the Role As one of our Site Supervisors you’ll set the pace for excellence across all projects, guiding a crew of installers to deliver the highest standards of workmanship and professionalism. You will take charge of leading and mentoring construction staff across residential and commercial sites, ensuring every project upholds Adelaide Retaining Walls’ reputation for excellence. You will play a key role in driving efficiency and profitability by reviewing plans, identifying smarter construction solutions, and supporting staff to achieve project targets. Working closely with the Construction Management team, you will help refine systems, streamline processes and enhance training programs that keep Adelaide Retaining Walls at the forefront of the industry. Responsibilities Lead and mentor installers across multiple projects. Oversee site performance, quality and safety standards. Review plans to improve efficiency, profitability and innovation. Provide technical guidance and high‑level problem‑solving. Collaborate with management to refine systems and training programs. Drive a positive, accountable and growth‑focused team culture. Support other supervisors and installers in meeting project targets. A proactive, solution‑based mindset with the initiative to take action and improve outcomes.
