What You’ll Do Support the Graphic Design team by preparing clear, structured briefs for promotional, seasonal and always‑on content Assist with organising, updating and delivering digital assets across our website and App Monitor performance of creative assets and adjust where performance is not in line with benchmarks. Perform quality checks on creative assets to ensure accuracy, brand consistency and a polished customer experience Work closely with Marketing to understand campaign objectives and translate them into actionable creative tasks Help maintain an organised library of digital assets, campaign files and content calendars Jump in to support ad‑hoc creative, content and admin tasks as required About You You have a passion for digital content, design or marketing — bonus points if you’re already familiar with e‑commerce When you open Canva, magic happens — you make on‑brand visuals look easy Detail‑obsessed, organised and able to juggle multiple tasks without missing a beat A confident communicator who can clearly articulate creative requirements A collaborative team player with a positive, can‑do attitude Experience with CMS platforms is helpful but not essential — we’ll support you to learn Love pets?
