Fashion Brand Content & Creative Producer Part-time | 3–4 days per week | Gold Coast HQ Salary | $60,000 - $65,000 FTE + Super, based on experience Alexandra is a women‑led Australian fashion label known for elevated, timeless designs. We are seeking a talented and hands‑on Content and Creative Producer to join our team part‑time at our Gold Coast HQ. In this role, you will create high‑impact social media, email, and website content, along with brand assets, that build awareness, strengthen customer connections, and drive results across digital platforms. From filming and editing short‑form video to capturing behind‑the‑scenes moments and designing campaign assets, you will blend creative vision with technical execution. You’ll work closely with our Founder, in‑house marketing team, and external talent to produce content that is stylish, relevant, and impactful. What you’ll do Content Creation Produce high‑quality, engaging video, photography, and design assets. Capture and repurpose behind‑the‑scenes content into Reels and TikToks. Contribute to creative development, including storyboarding, filming, and editing. Assist with campaign shoots and day‑to‑day content production. Ad Creative and Performance Content Create compelling video and static ads for Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Google. Format creatives for each platform and refine them based on performance data. Support the execution of paid social and search campaigns. Use customer insights to tailor ad content for specific audience segments. Maintain brand consistency across all digital ads. Design and Email Content Design visual assets using Canva, Adobe Suite, or CapCut. Support creative for sales and seasonal campaigns. Contribute to branded emails that tell product and brand stories. Develop and maintain brand assets and collateral to ensure consistency across all touchpoints. About you 3+ years creating content for social media, advertising, or brand marketing, ideally in fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce. Confident both behind the camera and on camera when required. Skilled in video editing and short‑form content production for Reels, TikTok, and Stories. Experienced in working with fashion, lifestyle, or eCommerce brands. Organised and able to manage projects from concept to delivery. Naturally creative with a strong sense of visual storytelling and brand alignment. Comfortable working in a small, fast‑paced, collaborative team. Proactive in contributing ideas and taking ownership of content planning. Passionate about digital trends, storytelling, and the fashion industry. Skills and tools Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Lightroom or similar), InShot. Royalty‑free music platforms. Instagram, TikTok, Meta, Pinterest. Email platforms (Klaviyo preferred). Photography, video editing, and light graphic design. Why join us?
