Content & Social Media Specialist – Fashion Join a well‑known Australian fashion brand with a strong heritage in delivering on‑trend, statement pieces that resonate with customers nationwide. The business continues to expand and innovate, and this role will play a pivotal part in shaping the digital voice of its product range. Role We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Specialist to lead content creation and engagement for the product portfolio. Working closely with the team, you will manage end‑to‑end social media strategies, build influencer partnerships, and produce content that aligns with brand vision while driving customer engagement and growth. Key Responsibilities Manage and run the social media calendar for the product range. Design and deliver campaigns and content across Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. Coordinate and produce photography and video content, ensuring high creative standards. Drive influencer partnerships and gifting programs, including collaborations with stylists and celebrities. Manage and improve campaigns through Facebook Ads Manager and related platforms. Monitor engagement, respond to customer inquiries, and ensure all messaging is on‑brand. Report on analytics and insights using Google Analytics, Iconosquare, and similar tools to track performance and suggest improvements. Keep abreast of social media trends and apply fresh, innovative ideas to grow audience reach and engagement. Key Requirements 2‑3 years of hands‑on social media experience in fashion, retail or a similar creative industry. Strong capability in Instagram and Facebook management at a brand level. Proficiency with Facebook Ads Manager / Business Manager, content scheduling tools (e.g., Schedugram), analytics platforms (Iconosquare, Google Analytics), and Adobe Creative Suite. Photography and editing skills highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to work closely with senior leadership. Must hold valid working rights in Australia. Driver's licence and own vehicle preferred due to location.
