We're Icon Bathware: a Melbourne showroom obsessed with beautiful bathrooms and real-world design. We're looking for a creative, hands‑on Content & Social Media Specialist who can turn our products, installs, and client stories into content people actually want to save, share, and shop. What the job looks like You'll run our socials end to end—planning, shooting, writing, posting, and learning from what works. Think Reels from new displays, quick how‑tos, before/afters, supplier spotlights, and the occasional behind‑the‑scenes chaos (the fun kind). What you'll do Own the content calendar —weekly/monthly plans tied to launches, new displays, and promos. Make great content —style, shoot, edit, write captions, publish across IG/FB, and keep the vibe on‑brand. Run simple, smart ads —build audiences, test creatives, and report what actually moved the needle. Be our community voice —reply to DMs/comments, help with enquiries, and look after our designer/trade pals. Team up with creators —find and brief influencers, stylists, and interior designers; manage deliverables and usage. Work with our crew —Director, sales team, suppliers, and videographers (including content for in‑store TVs). Measure & improve —track results (GA4/Meta/IG insights) and suggest practical tweaks for growth. You'll fit right in if you Have 2–3 years' experience growing brands on social (home/design experience is a bonus). Possess a minimum of 1‑2 years' experience in content creation or social media marketing. Write clean, friendly captions and spot what will hook people in the first three seconds. Know IG/FB inside out—formats, trends, and when to post vs. when to save it. Have proven experience managing Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok platforms. Can juggle a shoot day, a product drop, and a last-minute Reel without losing your cool. Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, photography skills, and social media scheduling tools. Tools that help (nice to have) Meta Ads Manager & Business Manager Adobe Creative Cloud or Canva Photography + basic video editing chops Shopify/e‑com experience (handy) How we work You'll report to the Director. On‑site role (no WFH) so you can access the showroom, products, and team. If you love design, have an eye for detail, and care about making content that converts (without feeling salesy), we'd love to see your portfolio and socials.
