Plan and manage the content calendar, coordinating photoshoots, video production, and releases across outlets. Create high‑quality visual and written content for social media, the website, and marketing collateral, ensuring alignment with Hyatt’s brand standards. Design and produce digital and printed collateral such as menus, event flyers, signage, and promotional material. Collaborate with internal teams (Food & Beverage, Events, Sales) to ensure marketing support and visibility across departments. Manage social media platforms, including posting content, community engagement, and influencer partnerships. Monitor trends, track performance metrics, and generate insights to optimise content and engagement strategies. Coordinate updates to hotel and third‑party websites, ensuring brand accuracy and promotional consistency. About You Creative storyteller with a passion for visual content and community engagement. Experience in content creation, photography, videography, and social media management. Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills. Strong design sensibility and attention to detail. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Prior marketing or hospitality experience is desirable. Valid working rights in Australia and availability to work 38 hours per week.
