Otway Retreats is hiring a Full time Holiday Manager role in Apollo Bay, VIC. Apply now to be part of our team. Requirements for this role: Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Expected salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year About the Role This is a hands-on and varied role, supporting day-to-day operations across our holiday rental portfolio. You’ll work closely with our cleaning and maintenance teams, property owners, and guests to ensure each home is presented to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities Oversee the daily management of a luxury holiday home portfolio Coordinate cleaners, maintenance trades, and inventory management Conduct property inspections and quality checks Communicate with owners regarding bookings, maintenance and updates Manage guest issues and provide exceptional customer service Maintain records and updates in our booking and task systems (Hostaway / Breezeway) About You Previous property management, real estate, hospitality or operations experience Strong organisational and multitasking abilities Excellent communication and people skills Confidence with scheduling systems, apps and technology Ability to work independently and problem-solve on the go Current driver’s licence & reliable vehicle We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Supportive and friendly team environment Beautiful coastal location Staff accommodation available (contribution required) Opportunities to expand your role as the business continues to grow If you’re energetic, reliable and ready to join a fast-paced business on the Great Ocean Road, we’d love to hear from you. #J-18808-Ljbffr
