About the Role We are seeking an Administration Clerk whose primary role is to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of our delivered vehicles from our Gosford and Wyong locations. You will be a highly organised individual, who works well in ensuring month end deadlines are achieved. The successful candidate will be working full time within our friendly administration team at our Gosford dealership. Key Responsibilities Reconcile and process new and used vehicle deals. Process daily bank statements accurately and efficiently. Prepare and distribute monthly sales reports to the management team. Assist the accounts receivable team with debtor payments and allocations. Work closely with finance managers to confirm receipt of customer funds. Support the processing of wholesale vehicle deals as required. About You Previous experience in administration and account reconciliation. Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. Self-motivated and eager to learn. Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. Clear and professional communication abilities. Reliable, punctual, and a team player. Must have own transport and a current Driver’s Licence.
