Job Title Associate Director, Commodities Company NAB – Australia’s largest Regional & Agricultural Bank Position Summary Elevate your career by joining Australia’s largest Regional & Agricultural Bank. NAB offers over 40 commodity products creating a broad & diverse set of customers. We are seeking an Associate Director in our Commodities team to drive strategic growth in OTC commodity markets and pursue new customers & business opportunities. Location & Travel Preference for successful candidate to be based in Melbourne, Perth or Sydney . Will require travel across both regional & metropolitan Australia. Responsibilities The identification and pursuit of new business opportunities relating to commodities Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships Collaboration across teams to deliver solutions and seamless execution for clients Direct revenue generation and contribution to market share growth Qualifications Strong Business Development capability with proven knowledge and desired experience in physical &/or commodity derivative markets (such as grains, softs, metals &/or diesel) Capability in managing client relationships, driving client advocacy and commodities origination to deliver financial outperformance. Ability to build and maintain effective and constructive working relationships with internal & external stakeholders RG146 &/or AFMA qualification desired but not essential Diversity & Inclusion We know that our people make us who we are.
