Director, Commodities Risk Solutions

What is the opportunity? As the Director, Commodities Risk Solutions, you will be responsible for distributing Commodities Solutions to Corporate Clients, covering Energy Markets (Oil, Refined Products, Natural Gas, Power and Emissions) and Metals Markets (Base, Precious, Ferrous). What will you do? Complement APAC’s existing Risk Solutions Group offering through a build‑out of the team’s commodities offering in the region. Be responsible for distributing Commodities Solutions to Corporate Clients, covering Energy Markets (Oil, Refined Products, Natural Gas, Power and Emissions) and Metals Markets (Base, Precious, Ferrous). Pursue business opportunities within this client segment for amongst others : Hedging & Financing activity, and Investment solutions. Identifying opportunities for future business growth in the RSG Commodities business within RBC's risk appetite and strategic outlook. Ensure good coordination with other areas of Capital markets including, Commodity Derivatives and Commodity Financing, Strategy, Resource Management Group, Macro and Spread Sales and ensure that your own marketing efforts complement that of other areas. Identify, assist, and manage operational risks / control deficiencies in the business. What do you need to succeed?
