This is a critical operational role responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle while providing strategic HR input to the leadership team. The role requires someone with exceptional interpersonal skills who thrives in a multicultural environment and is passionate about creating positive workplace experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide both day-to-day HR support and strategic guidance to employees and managers across the Asia Pacific region. Manage the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding. Partner closely with a payroll officer to verify payroll accuracy (no processing responsibility) Oversee internal training programs and inductions; opportunity to contribute to executive coaching and leadership development if experienced. Maintain and optimise the HRIS (BambooHR) and ensure accurate and compliant HR data and records. Prepare employment contracts and manage all relevant documentation and HR compliance.
