Casual Merchandiser – Blacktown, NSW Apply for the Casual Merchandiser role with Nestlé. This position offers sales‑driven individuals an opportunity to advance their marketing career while representing Nestlé in grocery channels across Blacktown. Responsibilities Represent Nestlé in the Grocery channel (Coles, Woolworths, Independent stores). Negotiate, sell, and build displays to optimise store presence based on a weekly work plan. Use a mobile device to collate data and photograph displays. Build strong, long‑term relationships with Store Managers. Work autonomously, with support from a Territory Sales Manager. Maintain availability Wednesday to Friday; additional hours Monday and Tuesday during busier periods such as Back‑to‑School and Winter. Qualifications & Requirements Current, valid driver’s licence with a safe, reliable motor vehicle. Physical ability to lift stock for building displays and use of Nestlé’s creative point of sale. Proficiency in using a mobile device for data collection and photography. Residency within the designated area. Strong planning and safe work practices to achieve commercial outcomes. Full working rights for Australia. Willingness to undergo pre‑employment checks, including a National Police check and health checks. Additional Information The role operates 46‑50 weeks per year, excluding a shutdown period from mid‑December to the first week of January. Support from a Territory Sales Manager is provided, but the position requires independent work and initiative.
