Qualifications Diploma or Degree level qualification relevant to Early Childhood Education and Care Services and relevant experience. Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills. Applied knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, National Education and Care Services Law and Regulations, and National Quality Standards governing early childhood education and care services. Demonstrated extensive experience to lead a team of educators in the design, development, delivery, and evaluation of an early childhood education and care program. Demonstrated people‑management experience with teams (10+) of direct reports. Knowledge of funding relationships with State and Federal government agencies applicable to early childhood education and care services. Highly developed organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities.
