The Opportunity We are currently seeking qualified and enthusiastic Trainer/Assessors to deliver and assess the following nationally recognised qualifications: CHC30121 Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care CHC50121 Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care This is an excellent opportunity for dedicated training professionals who are committed to quality education, continuous improvement, and student success. Key Responsibilities As a Trainer/Assessor with AEI Australia, your role will include: Training & Delivery Deliver engaging and compliant training sessions in accordance with ASQA and the Standards for RTOs 2015. Facilitate classes using a variety of instructional methods to meet diverse learner needs (face-to-face, blended, workplace-based learning). Implement effective teaching and learning strategies to support student progression and positive outcomes. Assessment Conduct high-quality, valid, and reliable assessments in line with training package requirements. Review and update assessment tools to maintain currency and compliance. Undertake workplace assessments, site visits, and third-party evidence checks as required. Provide ongoing academic guidance, feedback, and pastoral support to students. Maintain regular communication with learners to encourage engagement and timely completion. Support students in developing their practical skills and professional competencies. Compliance & Administration Maintain accurate training plans, student records, and assessment documentation. Contribute to continuous improvement processes, including validation and moderation activities. Qualifications & Requirements TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent) CHC30121 Certificate III and/or CHC50121 Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or superseded equivalent) Minimum 2 years of recent industry experience in Early Childhood Education Experience delivering both face-to-face and online training Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) Proficiency in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Student Management Systems (SMS) such as Moodle and aXcelerate Demonstrated industry currency and commitment to ongoing professional development. Excellent communication, organisational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build rapport with learners and motivate them to achieve success. Availability Trainers must be available to deliver classes on Wednesdays and Thursdays (day shifts).
