We won’t micro manage – we focus on hiring for attitude and then get out of your way – this is a high-performance culture built on support, trust, and excellence The Role We’re seeking a passionate Trainer and Assessor to deliver centre-based training in Early Learning Centres across Northern Brisbane suburbs. You’ll manage the full student learning experience, including mentoring and workplace assessment. Whether you're an experienced Trainer or a Director/Supervisor or Ed Leader with strong people skills and a passion for education—we’ll support and induct you to deliver training excellence. Key Responsibilities Deliver CHC30121 and CHC50121 training and assessment in some of North Brisbane’s leading early learning centres Conduct workplace assessments and mark theoretical units Provide exceptional student support and foster a culture of excellence What We’re Looking For Alignment with our core values - professionalism, team, trust, quality and WOW 100% commitment to the student journey High EQ candidates Early Childhood Education and Care qualifications Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or willingness to enrol Strong organisational and communication skills A self-driven, results-oriented mindset Excellent interpersonal and consultative abilities Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Enthusiastic, professional, and adaptable to change Working With Children Check Experience in centre-based training is a plus—but not essential.
