Overview Senior Customer Success Engineer (Sydney / Melbourne based) at CyberArk. Responsibilities Onboarding & Adoption: Lead the onboarding process for enterprise customers, partnering with Professional Services and Sales to ensure smooth deployment and accelerated time‑to‑value. Strategic Advisory: Conduct advanced CyberArk Blueprint sessions, aligning Identity Security best practices with customer business and security outcomes. Consultative Guidance: Provide prescriptive recommendations tailored to customer risk, compliance, and security objectives. Customer Engagement: Drive ongoing engagement through targeted programs, success reviews, technical workshops, and community involvement. Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams to deliver a unified customer journey and serve as the senior technical point of contact in complex accounts. Content & Thought Leadership: Develop and deliver high‑impact content (webinars, blogs, success sessions) for technical and executive audiences. Mentorship & Escalations: Mentor junior Customer Success Engineers, lead best‑practice sharing, and elevate technical or adoption challenges as needed. Qualifications Experience & Background 8+ years of professional experience in customer success engineering, consulting, or post‑sales technical account management in enterprise software or SaaS security. Proven track record managing enterprise portfolios and delivering measurable business outcomes in large environments. Strong background in SaaS Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management, Machine Identity Management, or related security software. Technical Expertise Deep understanding of at least three CyberArk product pillars and ability to design / deploy cross‑solution architectures. Strong knowledge of hybrid IT environments (Active Directory, LDAP, Azure AD, other IDPs). Knowledge of security frameworks (Zero Trust, NIST, CIS Controls) and risk management principles. Hands‑on experience with Windows / Active Directory, UNIX / Linux, Kubernetes, and databases. Proficiency in scripting, DevOps / automation, and integrating solutions across AWS, Azure, or GCP. Broad knowledge of enterprise technologies including networking, systems administration, and application security. Experience with deploying enterprise software on Windows and Unix platforms. Skills & Certifications Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex concepts for technical and executive audiences. Ability to anticipate risks, resolve complex issues, and drive consensus among stakeholders. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Relevant certifications (Security+, CISSP, cloud security, or similar) preferred.
