We work with some of Australia’s largest and most notable landlords and enterprise clients, helping them deliver smarter, more seamless parking experiences. We’re now looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to join our fast‑growing team and play a critical role in ensuring the success of our key customers. About the Role In this senior position, you’ll be responsible for the end‑to‑end success of tier‑one and tier‑two customers. From leading launch projects to building strong relationships post‑go‑live, you’ll act as a trusted partner—driving adoption, satisfaction, and growth. You’ll project‑manage new key rollouts, coordinate with internal and client stakeholders, and ensure smooth customer onboarding. Post‑launch, you’ll take ownership of ongoing success by providing proactive guidance, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to maximise customer value. Key responsibilities include: Leading launch management for key customers with internal operations and client stakeholders. This includes running tenant engagement activities such as town halls and creating communications plans and marketing materials to support go‑lives. Managing client and key tenant relationships through onboarding, deployment, and ongoing success. Owning post‑launch customer success and account management for tier‑one and tier‑two customers, ensuring growth plans and regular touchpoints are in place, including reporting. Introducing new products and strategies to maximise customer value, with a focus on renewals and growth. Maintaining accurate documentation of customer activities, insights, and processes to ensure alignment across the business. This role reports directly to the Head of Growth and will be measured by overall customer satisfaction, retention, and account growth. About You We’re looking for a driven Senior Customer Success Manager who thrives on building strong relationships and delivering measurable impact. You’ll bring: 6+ years’ experience working with enterprise customers in B2B SaaS. A proven track record across customer success, account management, or sales. Demonstrated success in customer retention, growth, and satisfaction. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver impactful customer‑facing materials. A self‑starter mindset, with the ability to balance day‑to‑day activities against the broader goals of the role—someone who takes ownership and makes the role their own.
