Customer Success Manager – Pre-IPO FinTech SaaS | Sydney $80k base + super | $120k OTE (uncapped) High-velocity environment | 150-account portfolio | Rapid-growth SaaS scale-up A fast-growing, pre-IPO FinTech SaaS vendor is expanding its ANZ footprint and is looking for a high-energy Customer Success Manager to join the Sydney team. This is a high-velocity, growth-focused role managing ~150 SMB/MM accounts — perfect for someone with early-career CSM or Account Management experience who wants to accelerate into a fast-paced, modern SaaS environment. About the Role You’ll be responsible for driving adoption, retention, and expansion across a large portfolio of existing customers. This isn’t a call‑centre role — you’ll build meaningful relationships at scale, working closely with customers to help them get maximum value from the platform. You’ll partner with Sales, Support, and Product to deliver a seamless customer experience while spotting upsell opportunities and ensuring strong renewal rates. What You’ll Be Doing Manage a portfolio of ~150 SMB/MM customers , ensuring strong product adoption Run structured QBRs , product walkthroughs, and success plans at scale Identify upsell / cross-sell opportunities and partner with Sales on expansion Reduce churn through proactive engagement, health monitoring, and risk mitigation Act as the bridge between customers and Product to improve the platform Deliver high-quality customer experiences in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment What You Bring 1+ years’ experience in Customer Success or Account Management (SaaS preferred) Experience managing multiple customers simultaneously (high-volume or SMB/MM experience ideal) Strong communication skills and an ability to simplify complex concepts A proactive, commercially‑minded approach A desire to grow quickly within a scaling FinTech SaaS environment Why Join?
