Mortgage Broker – Warm Leads | Big Personality | Residential & Commercial Inner Eastern Suburbs, Melbourne | Well-Known & Highly Regarded Brand Our client, a well-known and highly regarded finance business based in Melbourne’s inner eastern suburbs , is seeking a bright, bubbly and proactive Mortgage Broker to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a big personality , a genuine love of people, and the drive to build strong relationships across both residential and commercial lending. If you're fun, positive, mature, reliable and thrive in a fast-paced environment this is the perfect next step. You will be working with consistent warm leads , supported by a trusted brand, while also using your own network to identify new opportunities. This is a client-facing, people-first role where your ability to make clients feel supported, valued and guided through the lending process will set you apart. Key Responsibilities Meet clients face-to-face (in-office, on-site or out on location) Identify, qualify and nurture warm inbound leads Build strong relationships Guide clients through the end-to-end loan process with warmth and clarity Manage and process your own loan applications initially Walk clients through loan options, structures and features in a clear, friendly manner Ensure every customer feels special, supported and confident Liaise with lenders and remain up to date with products, policies and regulations Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance standards are met Report directly to senior leadership and collaborate with the broader team Stay proactive with follow-up, communication and customer care About You Bright, bubbly, confident and personable A proactive go-getter with strong energy and initiative Positive, fun and people-focused Mature, responsible, reliable and punctual Comfortable on the phone and even better in person Skilled at building trust and genuine long-term relationships Salesy in your approach but always customer-first Able to work independently and manage multiple clients Fully qualified (Cert IV + Diploma required) Experienced in residential and/or commercial lending (advantageous) What’s on Offer Work with a highly regarded, well-known brand in Melbourne’s inner east Continuous warm leads flowing into the business A supportive, collaborative culture with a “succeed together” mindset Ongoing training, development and career growth opportunities Competitive salary package Preference for 100% in-office , with flexibility as needed Ready to Join a Team That Values Your Energy and Personality?
