About the Role: Due to the expansion of their services in Melbourne, our client is looking for a highly skilled Operations Supervisor to oversee their water pump and dewatering rental fleet across Melbourne. Skills and Experience: Proven experience in a similar role or within the civil construction sector . In-depth knowledge of the pumps and water management market . Preferred familiarity with how the equipment rental industry operates. Strong background in sales and operations , including: Site assessments Estimating and quoting Planning and managing installations About You: Strong leadership and team management skills. Proficient in computer systems and relevant software. Hold a valid driver’s license and maintain it. Willing to travel as needed for the role. A mix of technical expertise and commercial acumen .
