My client is a national construction company with an exceptional reputation in the commercial fit out and refurbishment space. They deliver high quality projects across retail, commercial, education and government, with values typically sitting between $1M–$30M. Due to project wins & growth they are recruiting for an experienced PM to join their team in Brisbane. Base Pay Range A$160.00/yr - A$170.00/yr On Offer: x2 refurbs projects kicking off in Jan 2026 up to $10million in value Tier two client well respected in the industry Excellent company to excel your career and add major completed projects to your portfolio As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering fast‑paced fit‑out and refurbishment projects ranging from $1M–$10M. You will lead the project team across all phases of delivery, ensuring quality, safety and financial performance. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from pre‑construction through to handover and defect close‑out Ensure compliance with building standards, specifications, and contractual obligations Prepare construction programmes, lead tender processes, award contracts and negotiate with subcontractors Oversee project financials and WHS & E requirements Mentor and support your team to ensure strong performance and a positive culture Here is my contact information if you wish to discuss further: .
