This includes the Doctor of Medicine Rural Stream (MDRS) program and multidisciplinary rural clinical placements.Through this practice, we bring new and exciting opportunities to actively engage and work with rural communities.**About the Role**The Senior Lecturer in Clinical Skills will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality teaching within the South Australia Rural Medical (SARM) Program, based at our Mount Gambier campus. This position focuses on innovative teaching practices to enhance student learning in clinical skills and communication, contributing to curriculum development and educational leadership. The role supports the University’s commitment to producing career-ready graduates and strengthening the rural medical workforce in South Australia.* Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of clinical skills and communication teaching within the SARM Program.* Coordinate topics and courses, ensuring curriculum innovation, inclusivity, and alignment with accreditation standards.* Provide academic support, mentoring, and professional advice to students, fostering engagement and success.* Contribute to educational leadership through best-practice teaching, team-based learning, and technology-enhanced approaches.**About You**You are an experienced medical educator with a passion for clinical skills and communication teaching.
