Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Associate Broker role based in Victoria. The Associate Broker will assist clients in navigating the mortgage process, including analysing financial information, identifying suitable home‑loan products, building relationships, maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of loan products, liaising with banks and lenders, and managing the documentation and application process. Key responsibilities Act as the main point of contact for clients and partners, handle inquiries, and keep them updated on their applications. Manage the loan application pipeline: collect necessary documents, verify information, and ensure a smooth process from start to finish. Analyze financial data, review credit reports, and assess creditworthiness to support risk decisions. Collaborate closely with other teams, such as credit and settlements, to ensure applications are processed efficiently and accurately. Ensure all applications and processes comply with company policies and relevant regulations. Handle various administrative tasks, organise client meetings, and provide support to senior brokers. Qualifications Strong understanding of financial products, mortgage processes, and home loan structures. Excellent communication, interpersonal and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in financial analysis, negotiation and problem‑solving. Ability to stay organized and handle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Prior experience in the financial or mortgage industry is beneficial. Relevant qualifications in finance, business or a related field preferred.
