What will you be doing? Portfolio Management – End-to-end management of mid-market / corporate clients (including monthly forecast reporting) and support colleagues on larger accounts. Business Development – Contribute to new business activities and identify and develop new business prospects. Relationship Building – Develop and maintain close working relationships with key stakeholders, specifically clients, insurance markets and distribution partners. Client Advice – Provide personalised advice to clients in all matters affecting their insurance program needs, including explaining policy conditions, risks covered, premium rates and benefits, and making recommendations on cover. Business Retention – Contribute to business retention activities, including all forms of customer service and broking standards. To be successful in this role, you will need: Be capable of following directions and working collaboratively with others, while also being self-motivated and able to manage your own workload. Be able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously. Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written). Have a high level of attention to detail, quality standards and compliance. Be proactive and responsive to client requirements with problem solving ability. Have a strong 'can-do' attitude, work ethic and willingness for career development. You will need the following experience and qualifications: Tier 1 qualification in Insurance Broking. Have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance industry. Be presentable, confident and professional as the role will require you to liaise with clients on behalf of our business. Knowledge of insurance products, legislative obligations and claim processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. WinBEAT experience or other similar software experience preferable.
