Our success relies on fast, accurate, and reliable logistics — knowing where every car is, every hour of the day. As we scale, we are strengthening our logistics team and seeking a highly organised, detail-focused Freight & Logistics Officer who can take ownership of vehicle movements, fix information gaps, and ensure no vehicle ever becomes “missing in the system”. The Role Your core responsibility:Track every vehicle from seller to depot to dealership with absolute accuracy. You will coordinate transport bookings, update our CRM, communicate with sellers and transport partners, and ensure every collection and delivery is confirmed with correct documentation. This role is perfect for someone who is: Obsessed with accuracy Comfortable managing multiple moving parts Not afraid to chase answers and elevate issues Key Responsibilities Book transport for inbound and outbound vehicle movements Track vehicles daily and update CRM statuses with 100% accuracy Confirm pickups, ETAs, and deliveries with sellers and transport providers Obtain and upload Proof of Collection and Proof of Delivery Identify delays, missing information, and issues early — and elevate immediately Maintain communication between logistics, buyers, and partner dealerships Produce daily vehicle movement and exception reports Ensure no vehicle is marked delivered unless documented proof is provided Resolve any discrepancies in location, timing, or transporter communication Support process improvement as our logistics network expands About You Experience in logistics, freight coordination, dispatch, or transport booking Highly organised with strong attention to detail Confident communicator — phone, email, and CRM Able to manage high-volume, time-sensitive work Comfortable following structured processes and enforcing them with others Proactive problem-solver who doesn’t wait to be told there’s an issue Familiarity with CRMs or transport management systems is ideal Automotive logistics experience highly regarded (but not essential) Why Join Us Join a rapidly growing automotive operation with national reach Make a direct impact on the efficiency and accuracy of our logistics pipeline Work with a supportive team committed to improving systems and processes Clear progression path as we expand our logistics and operations divisions Competitive salary + opportunity for performance bonuses How to Apply If you’re someone who loves structure, thrives on accuracy, and wants to be the person who always knows exactly where every car is, we want to hear from you.
