We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time Estimator to join our team in our Bulimba Office. Reporting to the director, you'll join a supportive and high functioning team and be instrumental in preparing and coordinating tenders for a range of mid‑sized infrastructure projects across civil, drainage, DRFA and renewables. Your key responsibilities will include : Leading preparation of tenders for civil infrastructure and renewables Reviewing project documents and identifying scope, risks, and opportunities Performing quantity take-offs and cost estimating from first principles Liaising with subcontractors, councils, clients and suppliers for pricing and scope Collaborating with a close‑knit estimating team across locations Supporting our Bid Coordinator to ensure submission quality Actively participating in business development Ideal candidates will also possess : Experience in Expert Estimation software (essential) Understanding of MS Project. Familiarity with TMR and council specifications BoQ validation and first‑principles estimation Strong stakeholder communication and negotiation skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
