Service Account Manager

We’re looking for a Service Account Manager to join our Brisbane team, who thrives in fast-paced, operations-driven environments, someone who knows how to turn service delivery into strong customer partnerships and measurable business growth. You’ll be the bridge between our customers, our service teams, and our business outcomes. In this pivotal role, you’ll: Drive performance and financial outcomes – manage service contracts, pricing, invoices, and margins to ensure profitable, sustainable growth. Champion safety and compliance – lead by example to ensure every job is completed safely, in line with standards and expectations. Deliver exceptional customer experiences – attend performance meetings, resolve customer issues, monitor KPIs, and continuously improve service quality. Lead growth and innovation – identify new service opportunities, partner with operations teams and customers to expand service value, and promote continuous improvement. Collaborate across the business – work closely with field teams, operations, and branch leadership to maintain accuracy, accountability, and efficiency in every aspect of service delivery. Qualifications Proven experience in service account management, ideally in a business with field technicians, maintenance contracts, or operational delivery. Advanced communication and relationship-building skills — written, verbal, and interpersonal. Sharp attention to detail and strong analytical capability to manage commercial and operational metrics. A proactive, solutions-driven mindset — you see challenges as opportunities to improve. Confidence working with contracts, cost structures, KPIs, and financial performance metrics.
