About the Role As a Melbourne-based Senior Ethics & Compliance Business Partner, you will be the trusted advisor helping the business operate ethically and with confidence. Reporting to the Head of Legal & Compliance, you will provide expert guidance on how to embed compliance into everyday decision-making, translating complexity into clarity and creating practical, workable solutions. You will partner across Commercial, Medical, Finance, IT, Clinical and Corporate Affairs to anticipate risk, simplify processes, and strengthen a culture where doing the right thing is part of how the business succeeds. What We Are Looking For Brings senior-level expertise in compliance within pharma, biotech, or a similarly regulated environment. Operates with autonomy and accountability, offering clear, practical advice that enables the business. Thinks beyond policy, able to influence, challenge, and lead with credibility. Genuinely thrives in compliance and governance, and sees this as a role to grow in, not through. Skilled at engaging across business functions, making complex frameworks simple and actionable. Ideally brings experience using data and insights to inform compliance strategy.
