About the Role: MSS Security is seeking a Corporate Security Officer for a Monday‑Friday, day‑shift concierge role. This position involves monitoring cameras, overseeing access control, providing high‑level customer service, managing reception duties, and coordinating meeting room bookings. Duties include but are not limited to: Monitoring CCTV footage using a single screen covering 10-11 cameras across the site, with Flir used for CCTV and CCure used for access control Issuing and printing access cards, including troubleshooting card issues Providing first‑response support for any incidents or emergencies Responding to alarms Delivering high‑level customer service Skills & Experience: Full Australian working rights Valid Victorian Security Licence (with Crowd Control) Certificate II in Security Operations or higher Current First Aid and CPR certification Willingness to undergo a full police check Strong computer skills, including experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, and spreadsheets Experience in a customer‑service oriented role Availability to work Monday to Friday, day shift Master License Number: S How to apply MSS Security is an Equal Opportunity Employer, valuing the unique backgrounds, experiences, and contributions of each person.
